CR Kennedy has announced November availability of the stylish Reno range of camera bags from Vanguard.
The three new lightweight models are a shoulder bag (18- and 22-litre capacities) that can fit a DSLR with a medium zoom lens attached, plus an extra lens and accessories; a 34-litre sling bag that can fit a DSLR with lens attached, a flash unit, a tablet, a monopod, and accessories; and a backpack (41-, 45- and 48-litre capacities) also capable of fitting a DSLR with lens, four additional lenses, a flash unit, a monopod, a tablet and accessories.
All bags in the range are available in two colours, blue and orange, and have a casual look that doesn’t advertise that there might be expensive camera gear inside. But they are designed for photographers, and include camera gear inserts, side buckles that can either provide greater volume, or tighten a load, and safe yet easily accessible zips – handy when a picture unexpectedly presents itself (particularly with the shoulder case’s top access).
All the inserts can also be easily removed, effectively turning a ‘gear bag’ into an ‘everyday bag’.
While they may look casual, these bags are made with the durability and comfort to function out in the field, with ripstop nylon construction, and a waterproof cover for protection from rain. The backpack has a breathable suspension system, a harness system, and 10 adjustment points, ideal for those extra long hauls.
Prices start at $34.95 for the 18-litre shoulder case, up to just $119.95 for the 48-litre backpack.
