Sony Australia has added two new long-zoom Cyber-shots to its range – the $399 WX350 and the $499 HX60V. They will be available in Australia in March.
Cyber-shot HX60V features:
– 30x optical zoom lens (Sony G) and a 20-megapixel CMOS sensor;
– Bionz X processor – three times faster than its predecessor;
– Clear Image Zoom (digital zoom) to 60x ‘without sacrificing pixel count’;
– Wi-Fi and NFC;
– Outputs 4K still images via HDMI to 4K Ultra-HD television;
– Optical SteadyShot Intelligent Active Mode for blur-free HD videos ‘at any zoom setting’.
Cyber-shot WX350 features:
– ‘World’s smallest and lightest compact camera with 20x optical zoom lens’;
– 18-megapixel Exmor R CMOS sensor with Bionz Ximage processing engine
– Optical SteadyShot with Intelligent Active Mode for smoother, more stable HD movies
– Wi-Fi and NFC;
– Full HD video shooting (1080p) with ability to shoot at 60p, 60i frame rates.
