To help drive more sales and in response to the growing number of retailers now using an affiliated website, Lifepics has announced two important improvements for photo retailers in Australia and New Zealand.
Lifepics retailers will be able to offer a new range of eight, personalised cover photobooks as well as enjoying more convenient access to the Live Support chat facility in Colorado, which has extended its hours to better serve Australasian customers. .
‘These changes are excellent news for our growing base of online retailers,’, said Tracy Lints, Photo Direct. ‘The extension of hours will enable stores to more easily chat with Lifepics staff across a wider part of the business day, while the new Premiere range of books offers consumers greater choice in the types and quality of photobooks they can now order from their Lifepics retailer.’
According to Ms Lints, these initiatives mark the first stage of a planned increase in Lifepics presence in Australia and New Zealand.
