PMA parties on

PMA Christmas Parties will be held in Queensland this Saturday and Melbourne next Wednesday, December 7.

The industry has already had its end-of-year get-togethers in Tasmania, and this week in NSW.

Last Thursday evening at the Customs House in Hobart saw over 50 trade members from Tassie, complemented by suppliers from  the larger island, celebrating Christmas together, with the industry also taking the opportunity to farewell Wolfgang and Karen of Mid City Cameras. (Wolfgang is pictured below, at top left with Peter Rose).

Tasmania's 'prominent industry identities' got together last week at the Customs House, Hobart.

The indefatigable Tim Jones and John Mullavey organised the event, with generous support from CR Kennedy, IPS, Maxwell, Tasco, Kodak,  Australian Photo Supplies and Fujifilm.

‘There is something about social functions in Tasmania, they are well attended ,relaxed and everyone gets involved. It must be something in the water!’ said PMA director Peter Rose, who attended the event.

‘It was great to see industry stalwarts David Shepherd and Jeff Bester enjoying themselves.

‘Everyone regrets Wolfgang and Karen not being involved in the future – lovely people who always treated customers, staff and reps in the same way…with friendliness and respect.

‘You will be missed guys!’
