David Stallard new Camera House chairman

At the Camera House (Raleru Limited) AGM, David Stallard was elected chairman, replacing Lance Miller, who stepped down as a board director as well.

Nigel Roper also stepped down as a director, with two new members of the board elected: Adam Walters (Garricks Camera Group) and Ian Peterson (Bunbury Camera House).

There was an election held for the two new directors. Lance Miller resigned as chairman prior to the AGM and the board voted David Stallard to the position.

‘The members and shareholders joined in welcoming both Adam and Ian to the Board as did the company, employees and suppliers,’ said Camera House general manager, Charles Davey. ‘I look forward to the energy and fresh thinking that Adam and Ian will bring to the company.’

At the meeting, the following awards were given to members, staff and suppliers:
Camera House Member of the Year: Louise Miller, Griffith Camera House;
Camera House Outstanding Member of the Year: Dale Winter, Rockhampton Camera House;
Camera House Supplier of the Year: Panasonic Australia;
Camera House Members’ Choice Supplier of the Year: Olympus Imaging Australia;
Joshua Shearer Photographer of the Year Award: Ricky Gestro, Perth Camera House;
Camera House Honourary Life Membership: Lance Miller, Coffs Harbour Camera House.
