Canon has announced local availability late this month of the EOS 1300D, its new entry level model DSLR, and the Selphy CP1200D, a new dye sub 6×4-inch printer.
The 1300D has most of the key specs of the 1200D, including an 18-megapixel sensor and 9-point AF, with enhanced features being a Digic 4+ processor; higher resolution (fixed) LCD; white balance improvements; Wi-Fi and NFC; and a food scene mode.
No local pricing supplied, but the US version, the Rebel T6 will ship in the US next month at a price of US$549 with the Canon 18-55mm F3.5-5.6 IS II lens.
